Welcome to ab aeterno, the TFL Approved Fanlisting for Santuary's Helen Magnus. Helen Magnus is a 157-year-old researcher from Victorian England. She has a fascination for the abnormal and extraordinary as she believes abnormals may hold a key to the evolution of the human race. She runs the Sanctuary, a save harbour for abnormals and a research facility, to learn all she can about the extraordinarity that roams the world. ab aeterno is Latin for from the eternal. I thought it was totally fitting for Magnus, as she has lived for a long time (and who knows how much longer she will live) and has this inexhaustible love for everything that is extraordinary.

A fanlisting is a list of people from all over the world who share an appreciation for a certain subject, in this case the totally awesome Helen Magnus from the equally awesome TV series 'Sanctuary' and so amazingly played by Amanda Tapping.
